STEADY: Mayor Leon Stephens has presided over a steady rate increase in line with inflationary pressures.
RATES: Port Pirie Regional Council chief executive officer Peter Ackland had a message for ratepayers in the business plan.

Residents will pay about $60 more in rates on average under the Port Pirie Regional Council's latest draft budget.
