The Northern Demons completed back-to-back wins in Port Pirie on Saturday.
They took revenge over the visiting Modbury Vista to post a good 2-0 win at Byrne Park after having taken all points in its top away game and the 2-1 win over the Cove FC the previous week.

This was the Reds' first clean sheet for the season and they never trailed as in the past six weeks.
And the Michael Roros-coached team can well win the next two and make it a quartet of wins on its way to a true remaining home and away State League 2 soccer season and give itself a very strong chance of playing finals soccer.
There was no string of Vista goals and a big lead this time and instead it was the Demons who more so led the afternoon courtesy of goals to Ben Spadavecchia at the 39th minute for a 1-0 halftime lead.
However Modbury Vista showed strong resistance for some twenty minutes in the second half before 300 gamer and Northern Demons skipper Daniel Cox's neat corner-kick into the box saw Copper Mullins guarantee a Reds win when he found the Vista net at the 76 th and made things difficult for the Mike Gaston-coached outfit.
The best players for the Byrne Park team were milestone player Daniel Cox, Cooper Mullins and Ben Spadavecchia, while in the two early games the Demons Reserves and the Under 18 teams both copied their losses to Modbury Vista with 2-5 defeats.
Preview: Northern Demons v Noarlunga United
DEMONS STARING AT HAT-TRICK OF WINS
The Northern Demons will be staring at the opportunity of returning a hat-trick of State league 2 wins after a time in which the Reds found things tough getting positive results.
They will play Noarlunga United in this Saturday's round 16 at Wilfred Taylor Reserve.
The Demons will be attempting double wins against its opponents this season after a 2-1 win at Byrne Park back in round 5 late March.
But the local Reds' immediate dangers are Noarlunga who last week lost 0-2 to Cove FC and Pontian Eagles who defeated third-top team Salisbury United 1-0 in what will be a round of soccer that will see movement in the State league 2 league ladder, while a negative result will undo the Demons recent winning efforts.
SAVOY AND SCOOT TROUNCE SEAFORD
SAASL Division 2 league leaders and undefeated Savoy for the second straight season trounced Seaford at Karringal Reserve, this time winning 9-0 after having won 11-0 previously,
The Green and Whites, under coach Vincent DeGioia, started in fine fashion.
Savoy's slick three goals in three minutes with its first inside 30 seconds and its third at the 3rd minute mark followed by league runaway top goal-scorer Jack Scoot bagging another five goals highlighted the afternoon against the lowly Seaford last Sunday afternoon.
And with favourable results about Savoy's nearest ladder opponents both sharing the points now sees the local SAASL outfit seven points clear at the near mid-season mark and a huge 24-plus goal difference over their main rivals and without any doubt are experiencing a real comfort zone after having won seven and drawn once.
Samuel Spadavecchia was the instant goal scorer in Sunday's game before Scoot clicked into a goal raid, netting the next four goals giving Savoy a 5-0 halftime score line and making the Karringal Reserve away game done and dusted.

Savoy simply proved too good and in the second half John Librino continued the onslaught before Scoot notched his 5th with Ben Higginbottom and Anthony D'Agostno adding another two on an afternoon the visitors had run rampant in the round 8 league fixture.
Meanwhile, there was no doubt that Scoot easily took the honours in Sunday's game and has now kicked a total of 23 goals in eight games and the big, strong Savoy forward will kick many more.
Other best players were Samuel Spadavecchia, Ben Higginbottom and Johnny Librino.
In the reserves, Savoy completed a double by winning the early game 7-1 with the main scorer being young Jack DeGioia who had played well in the recent Soccer Championships in Adelaide.
SAVOY'S MID-SEASON FIXTURE
Sunday's mid-season fixture will see the Green and Whites play host to sixth-ranked Elizabeth Vale which last week defeated the fourth-placed West Beach 4-1 and a match that coach DeGioia and his team treat with respect, especially after its big win last week.

Vale has played a game short, but shapes up quite strongly with former Northern Demons medallist and the strong Mateusz Marczuk now in its combination and a difficult player to mark at any time even though his team has won four games with its best being last week and having just defeated Seaford three weeks ago 2-1.
And again Savoy will be expected to win and going by the respective teams goal aggregates to date where the Green and Whites have netted 29 and conceded just fourwhereas Elizabeth Vale has scored 22 and conceded 20.
DeGioia will have his team playing at the City Sports Precinct on consecutive Sundays and, after this week's fixture against Elizabeth Vale, they will then play West Beach in their return fixture the following week.
