Softball, cricket, bowls
Sportspeople, young and old, will take to their arenas on Saturday for events around Port Pirie and the Mid North. Softball will be played at Leonard Park, bowls at BHAS Bowling Club and Port Pirie Bowls Club and cricket at the Memorial Oval precinct.

Make A Wish Bowls Night
Port Pirie Bowling Club, Mary Elie Street. 7pm start. $40 per team entry, tickets purchased on the night. Teams of 4. supper supplied. Drinks and raffles can be purchased throughout the night.

International Women's Day Luncheon
Port Football Club, Wandearah Road. 12pm sit down. Sisters of St Anne from Chennai will talk about their programme supporting women prisoners at Port Augusta. Cost $16 and tickets can be purchased from Soroptimist members and John Pirie Secondary School.
