Port Pirie's famous cooking duo, Sal Caputo and Lyn Ellbourn, will have judging duties at this year's Crystal Brook Show.

Fresh from their cooking adventure on Channel 7's My Kitchen Rules, the pair will have the task of judging the popular Men's Chocolate Cake Competition.

Sal and Lyn have gone from strength to strength since their success on the reality television program which elevated them to national fame following a spectacular start with their cook-off in Port Pirie leading up to their victory in the cookie competition which saw their faces appear in Coles supermarkets across the country.

Great prizes are on offer for the Men's Chocolate Cake Competition this year, with a knife set donated by CBC Bearings in conjunction with Rocky River Ag Services.

A cash prize is also on offer thanks to donations from Phil McSkimming and Maureen Frith.

Entries will be on display, along with entries for other sections, in the pavilion.
