Two people escaped unhurt from a suspicious house fire in Dowling Street in Port Pirie.
Authorities were alerted to the blaze at 12.30am on Saturday.
Reports have surfaced that the house was the target of fire-bombings at least twice before.
Police and fire crews were called to the home, but the property was destroyed at a loss of up to $250,000.
Both police and Metropolitan Fire Service fire cause investigators attended the scene and have confirmed the fire to be suspicious.
