There is a new social tennis competition in town and it’s going to be heaps of fun. It’s called Fast4Tennis and will be played on Friday nights in twilight, then under lights to complete the sets on court.

Starting at 6.30pm, Fast4Tennis involves a mixed team of four senior players/teens playing doubles tennis with 20-25 minute sets to 4 games, point scores to 4, play lets, and no deuce/ad.

Sets will be quicker on court with fast, fun action, and more time for socialising off court with family and friends.

Teams can be made up of family teams, friends teams, work teams, just about any team you can think of.

The atmosphere at the tennis centre on Friday nights during spring/summer is very social both on and off the court and the Fast4Tennis social competition will certainly appeal to those looking for a relaxing fun night out at the end of a working week.

Team nominations should be emailed to the Port Pirie & District Tennis Association at
