Police arrested a man following a traffic stop at Risdon Park on Tuesday.
About 1.30am on Tuesday, August 7, officers were doing a patrol of the Risdon Park area when they spotted a man riding a bike without a rear light.
When officers stopped and spoke to the man, he allegedly became abusive and was arrested for disorderly behaviour.
Police searched the man and was found in possession of a modified balaclava, two screwdrivers, a pair of gloves and scissors.
A 41-year-old man from Port Pirie was charged with disorderly behaviour, possession of an article of disguise and going equipped to commit an offence.
He was refused police bail and appeared in the Port Pirie Magistrates Court yesterday.
