Dust storm in the Mid North | GALLERY

Amid the windy and hot weather which occurred state wide on Wednesday April 12, the Mid North became blanketed in a thick layer of dust.

The Bureau of Meteorology imagery showed dust over the Spencer Gulf from midday, which later drifted to Adelaide.

The dust was caught in gusts up to 70 km/h, with BOM advising residents to close their windows to restrict any health complications.

The Recorder asked for people around the region to send in their photos and above is gallery of what was received.
