Indecent behaviour in Memorial Park

Port Pirie police are seeking information regarding two reported indicents of indecent behaviour at Memorial Park on Wednesday, November 8 and Monday, November 13.

Between 11am and 1pm on Monday, a woman was sitting on a park bench at Memorial Park in the northern-western corner when a man sat beside her and started talking before exposing himself. 

On Tuesday November 14, a teenage girl was riding through the park when she saw a man who exposed himself who then behaved in an inappropriate manner towards her. 

The report made last Wednesday, was a man was seen exposing himself on the southern side of the Northern Festival Centre.

The man is described to be tall, in his forties, of Caucasian appearance with black hair and a black beard, wearing a grey singlet with an image on the front and black trackpants and carrying a green backpack. 

On both occasions, he was riding a grey and white bicycle  with straight handlebars with black writing. 

Neither victim was physically touched or injured in their ordeals.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident, or seen someone acting suspiciously in the vicinity of Memorial Park to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
