The Railway Pennant men had a clean sweep in their doubles and singles.

Kathy Gould had a strong win against Amanda Nuttall, as did Emma Stanley against Annie Oxford and the ever reliable Carmel McNamara had a solid win against Lisa McMahon.
Chiarina Pansini reversed the trend for Railway by winning her single against Ellen Pole.
In Wandearah women put up a brave fight winning three of their four singles matches against Trinity.
Jo-anne Ferme took the honours in a close match against Tricia Thoman.
Amanda Bowman had a big win against Sharon Dunning and Grace Keain took her set against Abby Oliphant.
Skye Taylor-Wade won a close match against Jade Wood in a tie break.
The Trinity men were far too solid for the Wandearah men, with Trinity winning all of the men’s rubbers with strong performances from Adam Olsen, Daniel Hobart, Trevor Cugley and Rod Ladgrove, who only conceded a total of two games in the singles.
Trinity took that match eight rubbers to four.
In B grade Napperby Blue went on its merry way with a solid win against Trinity.
The Napperby women, led by Julie Mudge, managed to win five of their six matches with Chloe Buchanan being the only Trinity woman to put up any opposition.
Mitchell Buchanan and Blake Stringer had good wins in their singles for Trinity. Once again Napperby was able to take three of the four mixed doubles convincingly.
Sister team Napperby Gold put up a good contest but lost on games, for the second week in a row, against the young Risdon Uniting team.
Gavin Zani, Robert Bratberg and Anne Franks managed to take their three sets in a solid performance.
Greg Collins and Vance Remphrey, Ella Gibson and Jane Murphy steadied the ship in the bottom half of the team and got their team across the line by seven games.
Railway Pennant proved too good for Wandearah with Railway winning 11 sets to five.
The Wandearah men started well taking both doubles and two singles but the Railway women overwhelmed the Wandearah ladies taking all six sets on offer.
Railway mastered the mixed doubles winning three of the four sets.
Railway Pennant Gold had a solid win against Trinity in division one doubles with Geoff Vincent, Liz Dunkley, Pat McMahon and Monica O’Shea winning five of the six sets.
Bec Blight and Bradley Wilsdon being the only Trinity combination to take a set.
Napperby was able to take all six sets against an undermanned Railway Pennant side.
In division two doubles, Railway Pennant White was far too strong for the Trinity side, winning all six sets and only conceding one game.
In a closer match Railway Pennant Blue won four sets to two against sister team Railway Pennant Black.
The matches were close with two sets going to seven games to five and two others being six games to four, with Blue getting 31 games and Black 26 games.
Tennis4Men saw one lopsided match with Hollywood with five sets to Risdon’s zero sets.
In a closer match Nurom took the points with five sets to three against the Panthers.
