Props run over the top of South Port in A grade cricket on Saturday afternoon at Memorial Oval.
Props won the toss and elected to bat but only got to the second over when there was a mix up in the running and Andy Fuchs was run out for 4.
Simon Fuchs came to the crease and he and Randall Wyatt got Props back on track - negotiating the tight bowling from South Port.
Wyatt was eventually out leg before wicket to Sam Clarke for 43, but at 2/84 Props was in control.
Simon Fuchs (24) was out with the total at 103.
Leigh Warwick was hitting the ball well and with Laz Kovacevic put on another partnership of 59.
Warwick, who made a good 51, Kovacevic (10) and Tate Bradley all fell in quick succession to see Props 6/165.
Jono Makai (27*) and Tyson Horsnall (7*) then saw the innings out with some big hitting.
A smart running for Props saw it finish their overs at 7/207.
South Port also gave up 38 sundries to help the Prop total.
South Port lost a wicket in the first over of its chase - that of Jobie Conner (0).
Things did not get better from there - Jake Bullen (5), South Port’s best bat Ben Brown (0) and James Pavlich(7) all came and went quickly.
Sam Keane came out to bat and hit the ball sweetly to put the brakes on Props’ bowlers.
Toby Conner, who opened the innings was then out for 13.
When Sam Keane was dismissed for a well made 39 it but it was all but over.
South Port was eventually bowled out for 90 in the 35th over.
Simon Fuchs took 3/39, Tyson Horsnall 2/10 and Randall Wyatt 2/0 at the end of the innings.
Props continues on its winning way trying to cement top spot.
South Port knows it will be playing Risdon in the first final and will be trying to take things out of each game to prepare for that.
