These six basketball enthusiasts were fortunate to be snapped with former Adelaide 36ers captain and NBL hall of famer, Mark Davis at his basketball camp.

This camp is held for 5 days every January and this year, the kids were lucky enough to learn from the very best: Willie Simmons, former captain of the Canberra Cannons and North Melbourne Giants and Adam Ballinger, current captain of the 36ers and 2008 MVP.

Emily and Sam Condon were very excited to see him.

It wasn’t the first time for Emily who already the Davis last year the camp. “He was very tall!” she said, adding that he was friendly and recognised who she was.

Young Sam said he was both nervous and excited to meet him.

Davis is also the 2010 ambassador for the Master’s Games in April so expect to see him around Port Pirie.
